The UD shadow is matte, and the CSC shadow has a bit of shimmer.  

CSC was a limited edition and the UD is not currently available.  The UD was originally $18.00, but I've included the current lowest Ebay price.

These are the current prices for single shadows 

on both sites:

UD = $7.00 for 1.5g

CSC = $3.00 for 2g

These shadows are extremely similar.  The UD looks lighter in the packaging but blends out darker.

The UD is discontinued, but can be purchased on Ebay.  The original price was $20.00.  I'm including the lowest Ebay price and the CSC site price.

UD = $3.99 for 1.2g

CSC = $3.00 for 2g

These shadows are very close, and pretty much exact when blended out.  With just a swatch, the CSC is a bit darker.  They are both yellow bases with gold glitter.
