$20 Makeup Challenge - No ELF or Online Purchases!

For this tag, I added a bit of a challenge for myself. I wasn't allowed to use ELF products, any online purchases, and I could only use products I've purchased here (in Australia).

Pinterest Experiment: Homemade Makeup Remover

This Pinterest experiment is very easy! You can make your own makeup remover for a fraction of the price of the stuff you buy in the stores.

Ingredients:

1 CUP of Water

1.5 TBSP of Baby Shampoo (I used Baby Wash/Shampoo combo)

1/8 TSP of Olive or Coconut Oil

Combine into a container and shake well before using.

Recreation Look: Supernova

I found a look very similar on a makeup blog and wanted to recreate it. The blogger called hers Supernova as well because that was the name of the black shadow she used.

I don't own any GDE products, so I wanted to try this out using Wet N Wild & my 88 palette.
